Addendum to the Calling Notice for the Extraordinary Shareholder Meeting

Reference is made to the Calling Notice released on October 6, 2021 regarding an Extraordinary Shareholder Meeting (EGM). 

The Calling Notice, Attendance/Voting Form and the draft Policy for management compensation have been sent out to all shareholders.
