APPTIX ASA BOARD PROPOSES DIVDEND DISTRIBUTION Following sale of the Company's Public Cloud Business, the Board of Apptix ASA has decided to call an extraordinary general meeting, where the Board proposes to the general meeting a dividend of NOK 1.00 per share. The Calling Notice for the shareholder meeting will be sent to all shareholders no later than 14 days business from today and the general meeting will be held 21 days thereafter.
