APPTIX ASA – Disclosure of shareholding

Spencer Trading Inc, a company controlled by Arne 
Blystad, today bought 25895975 shares in Apptix ASA, 
and immediately thereafter sold 15471734 shares in 
Apptix ASA. Net purchase 10424241 shares.  After this 
transaction companies controlled by Arne Blystad 
control 18095153 shares, equaling 22,22% of the 
outstanding 81430180 shares.
