APP: Discloure of share holding

PTC Invest AS has today purchased 2,000,000 shares 
in Apptix ASA at NOK 1,80 per share. 
PTC Invest AS holds after this transaction a total 
of 4,200,000 shares in the company corresponding to 
5,15 % of the shares and votes.
