The Extraordinary shareholder meeting resolved today to distribute NOK 1,65 per share. Shareholders as per today, December 13, 2016 are eligible to the dividend. Payment will be made as soon as possible and within December 23,2016. The Apptix share will be traded ex-dividend from tomorrow Decemeber 14,2016.
