Attached please find Minutes from today's Extraordinary Shareholder Meeting in Apptix ASA. All items on the agenda were unanimously approved. The shareholder meeting resolved to distribute dividend of NOK 1.00 per share. Shareholders per today are eligible to the dividend. The shares will be traded ex-dividend from tomorrow, November 27. Payment will be distributed within December 4, 2015.
