Aeternum Capital AS invests in Carasent ASA
Aeternum Capital AS has acquired 8.250 million shares in Carasent ASA. This
corresponds to 15% of the votes and capital, which places Aeternum as the new
largest shareholder.
Aeternum is an alternative investment manager with a strategy to invest in
public and private companies across the Nordic region. The main focus of the
investment strategy is to apply an active ownership model to drive sustainable
value creation in quality companies in the small and mid-cap segments. Through
in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis, Aeternum invests in public
undervalued return expanders and overlooked industry leaders.

Carasent develops and delivers digital e-health services to over 500 customers
and clinics in the private health care market in Scandinavia and has in recent
years had an average growth of 40% per year. The company's SaaS offering
generates a high proportion of recurring revenue with over 100% net retention
rates. The company's strategy is to continue to develop and expand
digitalization that helps customers to meet challenges in providing efficient
and qualitative health care services. Going forward the strategy is based on
three key foundations: geographical expansion, new market segments and an
expanded product and service offering.
