Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement on March 16, 2022 regarding
allocation of 253,005 new shares in connection with the Employee Investment
Matching Program.
The share capital increase is now registered with the Enterprise Register. The
new share capital is NOK 105,891,539.796 divided into 79,498,153 shares at par
value NOK 1.332.
