The Company estimates the value of this relationship to be USD 30 to 32 million over the next 4 years. Additionally, the Company anticipates the number of Speedway users will increase over the term of the new agreement by 100% beginning with the addition of a 40,000-user facility, valued at USD 840 thousand of annualized revenue to Apptix, which is expected to be fully implemented later this year.
