Apptix Renews and Expands Relationship with Leading 
Healthcare System
Healthcare focus and strong partnering recognized 
with an additional four year agreement

Herndon, VA - June 12, 2013 - Apptix® (OSE: APP), the 
premier provider of cloud solutions for business 
communication, announced today the four-year 
expansion of its relationship with one of the 
nation's leading healthcare systems (referenced as 
Speedway in past announcements).  The Company 
estimates the value of this relationship to be USD 30 
to 32 million over the next 4 years.  Additionally, 
the Company anticipates the number of Speedway users 
will increase over the term of the new agreement by 
100% beginning with the addition of a 40,000-user 
facility, valued at USD 840 thousand of annualized 
revenue to Apptix, which is expected to be fully 
implemented later this year.

The agreement continues to fuel Apptix growth in the 
mid-market and enterprise market.  With more than one-
third of its business users in the healthcare 
industry, Apptix has developed a deep understanding 
of unique healthcare business needs, particularly 
regarding regulatory HIPAA compliance and security. 
Its reliable hosted communication and collaboration 
solutions assist healthcare organizations balance the 
cost IT services with their core objective of 
providing quality care. As a result, Apptix was 
selected to be the North America hosted solutions 
provider for the Health Community Cloud Automation 
(HCCA) partnership, an effort initiated and led by 
Microsoft to offer a complete cloud automation 
solution for the healthcare industry.
